Frank
McCaughan was bitten by the selling bug even before his
first try on the auctioneer's rostrum at Ballycastle Livestock
Market as a teenage schoolboy.
He
vividly remembers the buzz & excitement of knocking
down a sale. Then in adulthood, when he moved into real
estate, that thrill of striking a deal stayed with him.
A friendly chap, he is well known about the Country Antrim
seaside town. From a farming family in nearby Armoy he attended
both primary and secondary schools in Ballycastle.
On
June 1st 2004 Frank McCaughan opened the
doors of his own business after fronting one of the town's
leading estate agencies for over eight years. Frank finally
decided to go it alone and set up shop on Castle Street.
The recently refurbished office has been specially designed
to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone, whether
buying or selling. The spacious office provides a comfortable,
calm and relaxed environment in which clients can make what
is likely to be one of the most important decisions of their
lives.
“Buying a house is probably one of the biggest and
most costly decisions people will ever make. We want to
make that process as easy and as stress free as possible,”
states Frank.
Situated
right in the heart of the town, the new office boasts an
extensive "For Sale" board promoting
scores of high quality properties in & around Ballycastle.
This board is regularly updated to display all current properties
on offer. Individual colour brochures are available upon
request from the shop or via our web site. Also the multi
media screen, a first for Ballycastle, within the shop window
displays available properties even when the office is closed.
With over
12 years experience working in the real estate environment,
Frank has handled the sale of properties across the whole
spectrum and dealt personally with these clients. His personal
interest in each client, added to his wealth of local knowledge
has created a successful solid business upon which to build
in the future.
His
team of friendly staff consist of 2 Sales Negotiators.
