The
Ballymoney branch of Frank A McCaughan
& Son opened its doors on 1st July
2006. Building upon the success of Ballycastle,
this new office offers the same high standard of professional
services currently available to clients.
Frank
feels that Ballymoney
is a logical extension and he is no stranger to the town
as he has spent the last 15 years building an impressive
reputation for quality service within the North Antrim area.
“There
are many estate agency practices which I feel are lacking
the personal touch,"
claims Frank.
This
claim is certainly redressed by the new specially designed
Ballymoney office. Situated centrally at 10 Church
Street, the office boasts an impressive modern
contemporary fresh feel and a look, which is certainly different
to existing estate agents.
The
spacious office doubles as an effective marketing suite
for the selling of homes but also generates an environment
where prospective clients can feel welcome and at ease while
making one of the most important decisions they will ever
make. The multi-floored office is also well placed to cater
for expected future business growth.
A window
display gives an inviting first look at the available properties
incorporating a 50" LCD television, which shows each
property to its best. Frank feels it is not good enough
to look in an estate agency window and only see a photograph
of the property. He insists that the slide show make the
property come alive, even when the office is closed.
“If
a job is worth doing, its worth doing well", says
Frank as he maintains that you do not get a second chance
to make a first impression. So he makes sure his in-house
produced brochures, are to the highest standard.
Within
the Ballymoney office, Frank currently has two members
of staff. The office is ably managed by Lee Barr, a well known Ballymoney man. Lee brings with him an extensive sales and estate agency experience. Lee chose a career in estate agency after completing an HND in Building and Estate Management.
He is assisted by Sales Negotiator, Sean Hogg, who has become an integral part of the team, and has demonstrated excellent sales and people skills in his time in the with the company.
